The school day begins at 9:00 a.m. and children are encouraged to arrive on time. Children may arrive at school from 8:45 a.m. when there will be a member of staff on duty. Parents should be aware that responsibility cannot be taken by the school for any children on the premises before 8:45 a.m. If it is a wet morning the children will be supervised by a member of staff indoors.

Parents of Year 1 children are invited into the classroom to help them settle down during the first few minutes of their day at the beginning of term.

Assembly:	9.10 am  -  Tuesdays
Morning Break:	10:40 am - 10.55 am
Lunch Break:	12:30 pm - 1.15 pm
School Ends:	1.15 pm - Year 1 (during September only)
	2.00 pm - Year 1 (From October)
	2.00 pm Year 2 (Monday to Friday)
	3:00 pm - Years  3-7 (Monday to Friday)

Change of Routine

If there is any change of routine e.g. a child being picked up by someone different, a written note should be sent to the class teacher or a telephone message left with the school secretary.

Safety

To ensure the safety of all children we would ask that ALL parents use the car park at the front gates. The parking spaces at the front of the school should only be used by cars clearly displaying a disabled parking badge.If a child is not collected at the end of school the member of staff on duty will bring them back into school and supervise them until they are picked up.
