Twice a week we join in with Mrs McConkey's class for Shared Play!
We set up play stations in both classrooms, have arts and crafts ready for the children to have a go with, small world play ready to go, ICT games/art programs set up on the laptops, construction materials for the children to problem solve as well role play organised in the home corner for the children to immerse into the topic we are learning about. If the weather permits we extend the shared play outside on the trucks and Thomas Trail.
The children are our play reporters during this time and they manage to take some amazing pictures! Here they are all put together as a video - we all love watching these and have such a giggle!
